    2. You acknowledge and agree that the accuracy and completeness of the information provided for your Talent profile are your sole responsibility.
    3. Loga Talents reserves the right to review and moderate Talent profiles to ensure compliance with our guidelines and policies.
    4. Loga Talents does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, or suitability of the information provided in Talent profiles.
    5. As a Talent, you grant Loga Talents the right to display and share the information provided in your Talent profile on the Website and for promotional purposes related to the Website.
    6. Loga Talents may, at its discretion, edit or remove any content from Talent profiles that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.
  1. Content
    1. The Loga Talents Website may contain Talent-submitted content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of such content.
    2. Talents retain ownership of their content but grant Loga Talents a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute their content on the Website.
  1. Intellectual Property
    1. The Loga Talents Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property laws.
    2. You shall not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
  1. Fees and Payments
    1. Access to the Loga Talents Website is free for Users and Talents.
    2. Users may book Talent through the Loga Talents Website for their events or projects.
    3. When Users book Talent through the Website, they agree to pay the fees associated with the Talent booking.
    4. Loga Talents acts as an intermediary to facilitate payments between Users and Talents. Upon successful completion of the Talent booking, Loga Talents will receive the payment from the User on behalf of the Talent.
    5. Loga Talents shall process payments to the Talents for their services after deducting any applicable service fees or commissions, which will be detailed in separate agreements with the Talents.
    6. Users are solely responsible for any additional fees, such as payment processing fees or taxes, that may apply to their transactions.
    7. Loga Talents reserves the right to change or modify the fees for Talent bookings at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to Users through the Website or other appropriate means.
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
    1. The Loga Talents Website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
    2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Website’s content or services.
